What is this?

DOING well from a Higher place of BEING well.

Intuitive is a connection to information that is not tangible or intel that can't easily be proven.  It can be sourced from a 'gut-feeling', a clear vision or even auditory messages and cues from Sources outside of thinking. 

 

Wellbeing is a personal process that is grounded in universal and foundational actions or practices which build a unique and holistic state of being well most of the time, characterized by fulfillment and satisfaction.

Strategy is plotting a course of action. A Wellbeing Intuitive Strategy is different from a business strategy because the plan and the course of action remains in present time, is not fixed and will render results that bring you the freedom you are looking for as an ever changing and evolving human being.

YOUR WELLBEING TOOLBOX

Collect a set of tools & techniques to exceed the demands of your health circumstances with insight, wisdom, effectiveness and grace. As needed, I'll refer you to a specialist who's work I have personally vetted and can promote with integrity.

MOVEMENT:  Correct any workarounds from poor posture, injuries, aging and muscle imbalances.  Reestablish functional movement with primal movement patterns (push, pull, lunge, squat, twist, walk/run) focusing on stability, flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, agility and power.

NUTRITION: Learn what food converts to the energy you need to operate your body with spunk to spare. There are proven principles to reference when creating your menus balanced with your preferences as well as accessing your intuition. Growing/cooking/preparing your food is also a skill that will deeply support your wellbeing. 

MEDITATION/ENERGY WORK: Grounding, earthing and running your energy as well as setting intention with attention to find your essential frequency will be invaluable skills. Knowing what is your energy and everyone else's is paramount to navigating your world.

LIFESTYLE: These factors include, your environment. habits or behaviors, choices and interactions with others.

HEALING:

Healing for both the body and spirit is often a process of mastering your energy. Optimizing your cellular metabolism for your body and acquainting your(cell)f with your essential frequency so you can makes choices because you know your(cell)f.
